Google API Services User Data Policy

Limited use.

Keller Digital Review Replies, from Keller Digital LLC, uses Google account data only to show your Business Profile reviews and post the replies you approve.

We use it for

Signing you in and listing the locations on your Business Profile.
Reading reviews for the locations you select.
Drafting a reply from the review text and the location name.
Posting or deleting a reply when you, or a 4–5 star rule you turned on, say so.

We don't use it for

Advertising, retargeting, or selling data.
Training generalized or non-personalized AI models.
Sharing review content with anyone who isn't you, except the model call that drafts a reply.
Human reading of reviews, unless you ask Keller Digital for support on a specific problem.

Disconnect

Disconnect deletes your user, sessions, tokens, cached reviews, drafts, auto-post rules, and subscription record from our database. Replies already published on Google stay on the Business Profile. We do not delete those unless you remove them in the inbox first.

The scope we request is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage, plus OpenID email and profile so we know which owner signed in. Contact hello@kellerdigital.dev.
